Whistleblowing system

Transparency and clarity are important to us.

What Is Whistleblowing?

Whistleblowing is intended to help prevent economic crime (such as corruption, bribery, financial fraud, etc.) and uncover wrongdoing within an organization. It gives involved parties — such as current or former employees as well as business partners — the opportunity to report misconduct either anonymously or non-anonymously via a secure internal reporting channel.
The EU Whistleblowing Directive and the newly implemented Austrian Whistleblower Protection Act require companies to establish internal reporting mechanisms.Whistleblowers who report violations are legally protected — including protection against dismissal, retaliation, or discrimination.

The Whistleblower Protection Act ensures that whistleblowers are safeguarded against professional and personal consequences, including potential legal risks, even when submitting non-anonymous reports.
